Which EstroBlock should I start off with?
We normally recommend EstroBlock Regular for anyone under 140 pounds and EstroBlock Pro for anyone over 140 pounds. If you are unsure of which EstroBlock to start with, you can always start with EstroBlock Regular, then work your way to EstroBlock Pro.
How many EstroBlock capsules can I take daily?
We recommend starting with 2 EstroBlock capsules daily. As your body adjusts to detoxing, you may increase the dosage after 2-3 weeks if needed.
Are there any side effects or other adverse effects from taking EstroBlock?
Generally speaking, there are no adverse side effects for those taking EstroBlock. However, some individuals may experience a slight headache when first starting EstroBlock due to the fact they are not consuming enough water for their body to eliminate the toxins. This normally subsides once water intake has increased and their body has adjusted to taking EstroBlock.
Why do I read EstroBlock reviews that say acne gets worse before it gets better?
Depending on how your body reacts to the detoxification process and how long you have been experiencing acne, some individuals will experience a purge. For those individuals that are more sensitive, detoxification can occur primarily through their face. When this happens, we recommend reducing your dosage to a single capsule and increasing your water intake until the body is used to EstroBlock.
Does EstroBlock put estrogen in my body?

Can I take EstroBlock while pregnant or nursing?
